n.b. that this is still being written - but feel free to have a peek.
A look back at my last decade working on the open source project Waterfox.
You have to start somewhere
I find myself sitting in my conservatory on a grey afternoon in London, trying to find the words to write about my experience over the past ten years. Often I find myself going on walks to clear my mind or in the shower and I seem to be able to have the most stimulating memoirs on my experience, speaking to an imaginary crowd willing to listen to stories I have to tell.
Yet when faced with actually scribing, it seems like the shortest ten years of my life - a blur and difficult to structure. Where do I begin? What do people even want to know? Well, I suppose much like Waterfox I will just start something and go from there.
Was it the correct decision?
I received my first investment for Waterfox around three years after starting it. It was quite the experience, something I couldn’t imagine.
And another!
